FigID is a consumer health verification platform. We retrieve your test results directly from the clinic or lab that tested you, verify them, and generate a Health Pass you control. You decide what to share, with whom, and for how long.
Sexual health sits in a weird spot. The clinical side is mostly solved. Testing is routine, most infections are treatable, and the public health playbook is well-understood. The human side isn't. Conversations are uncomfortable, results live in whatever portal a clinic happens to use, and trust between partners is basically blind: "have you been tested?" followed by "yeah, I'm good." People who handle their health well have no way to prove it, and the ones who don't have no reason to start.
FigID is the infrastructure that should already exist. A Health Pass you own. Verified results. Sharing on your terms. A private, anonymous alert if a partner tests positive. We're starting with colleges because that's where young, active adults concentrate, and where habits around this either take hold or skip a generation. The longer goal is bigger than any campus: to make "own your health" mean something past fitness trackers and sleep scores.
FigID isn't a clinical service, but clinical judgment sits all over the product: what gets verified, how panels are defined, what educational content goes out. And the clinical data itself has to move through real healthcare infrastructure, not a generic cloud stack. We don't try to do either of those alone.

LinkedInRuvos, a Tallahassee-based but nationwide health IT company, is our clinical infrastructure partner. They have been moving and securing healthcare data for over twenty years. Among other things, they built and operate a nationwide public health data exchange platform called the AIMS (Association of Public Health Laboratories Informatics Messaging Service) Platform. For FigID, Ruvos is building the clinical backend and connecting us into the broader healthcare data network. FigID's clinical results flow through this platform.
